Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE:

We offer UK, European, and USA shipping. If you don't see your country listed feel free to message us and we can get a quote for shipping to anywhere in the world.

Please allow 2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Sometimes we can process orders quicker depending on when the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.

Returns are at your cost. A full refund will be issued when the item has been received and inspected. It’s recommended that you use a tracked service. If you fail to provide proof of postage you are liable for the lost item(s).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
